[409 Lab.]

My heart always fluttered on my way there. Even though both sides of the hallway were just black steel walls that seemed cold, it was as if the walls filled with passionate paintings and posters were communicating with me like a hot blast furnace. As I entered Room 409 with a provoked mind, my forgotten self or another aspect of me that I was not aware of was awaken.

As time goes on, many diverse people communicate and leave their own mark in the place that never seemed to change.

The exhibition includes a total of 18 designers participated.
And I participated in this exhibition.
We all are graduates of Visual communication design at Kookmin University graduate school of design.

This exhibition title is a laboratory No. 409.
We had to study for a long time here.

[409호 연구실] – 소통, 흐름, 흔적
그곳으로 가는 길은 늘 설렜다. 복도의 양옆은 검고 차가운 철판 벽이었지만, 뜨겁고 열정적인 그림과 포스터로 가득하여 오히려 뜨거운 용광로처럼 나에게 말을 걸어오곤 했다. 그렇게 달궈진 마음을 안고 들어선 409호에서 잊었거나 몰랐던 또 다른 내 모습들이 깨어났다.

영원할 것만 같았던 그곳에 또 다른 색들의 사람들이 소통하고, 흘러, 그다음 색의 흔적을 남겨간다.
